Site Development Plan

A ten-storey office building may be constructed on two (2) parcels of land located along Mindanao Avenue, near Ayala Center Cebu in Cebu Business Park, subject to signing of a Lease Contract.  With an estimated footprint of 2,200 gross square meters, around 20,000 square meters of GFA may be accommodated.
