Eton Properties Philippines, Inc., the real-estate property unit of the Lucio Tan Group, said construction for Eto Cyberpod Corinthian, a business process outsourcing (BPO) office space complex in Mandaluyong, would start by January next year and is expected to be finished after six months. According to Danilo Ignacio, there would be a shortage of office space by late 2008 to early 2009 since office building construction usually takes 2 years and most projects that were earlier announced by other companies would only be turned over by middle of 2009. Eton plans to fill this gap, Ignacio said.
